Eligible Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) Channel Partner Sales Representatives must opt-in to participate by August 15, 2016 at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/hpelto7wonders2optin. (See Channel Partner eligibility for eligibility requirements.) Contest dates are August 1, 2016 through October 31, 2016.
Sales contest entry criteria
No purchase is necessary to win. Each eligible Channel Partner Sales Representative participant must choose a minimum of four (4) activities to deliver during contest dates. Channel Partner eligibility is based on selling a least $25,000 in HPE Storage Supplies (7A) products for a rolling 4Q average. Each completed activity results in points. See detailed list of activities below to find the number of points awarded for each completed activity. The Channel Partner Sales Representative with the highest number of points will win the grand prize. The seven Channel Partner Sales Representatives with the highest runner-up point totals will each receive one of the seven runner-up prizes. To win, participating HPE Channel Partner Sales Representatives must also meet the $25,000 in sales of HPE Storage Supplies products for Q4 FY16. In the event of a tie, the Channel Partner with the highest percentage increase in performance over the prior quarter is the winner. Proof of activity as defined for each activity is required to receive points for that activity. Proof of activity must be submitted by October 31, 2016 to receive points for the activity. Odds of winning depend upon the number of activities completed. Winners will be identified from all qualified entrants by November 4, 2016. HPE reserves the right to request additional information regarding any activity. Submission of a false claims or incorrect or fraudulent documentation may result in disqualification from this program, future HPE programs, termination of Channel Partner’s agreement with HPE, forfeiture or repayment of program benefits, and/or may result in civil or criminal liability to the submitter. A change in status as an HPE approved partner may result in ineligibility for the 7 Wonders of LTO Ultrium Americas Explorer Club sales contest. HPE will stop tracking the performance of any account HPE terminates or which is not renewed by HPE following termination or expiration of the account agreement. All other terms of Channel Partner’s partner agreement (PA) and related documents apply.
Sales contest activities
Social media post – Eligible HPE approved Channel Partner Sales Representatives must post on their Facebook or Twitter account a minimum of three (3) social media posts featuring HPE storage supplies products during the contest dates to receive 7 points per post. Maximum number of social media posts featuring storage supplies products during the contest dates is twenty-six (26) for a maximum of 182 points for this activity. Proof of activity required for each post to be valid is 1) log each post at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/hpelto7wonders2socialmedia AND 2) include the hashtag #hpelto7wonders on each post.
Email– Eligible HPE approved Channel Partner Sales Representatives must electronically distribute to a list of a minimum of at least 25 potential customers, a minimum of one (1) email featuring HPE storage supplies products during the contest dates to receive 14 points. Additionally, participants can receive 7 bonus points if the email is sent to more than 100 customers. The same email distribution list may be used for subsequent emails. Maximum number of emails featuring HPE storage supplies products during the contest dates is twelve (12) for a maximum of 168 points, plus a maximum of 84 bonus points for sending the email to more than 100 customers for an aggregate total of 252 points for this activity. Proof of activity required for each email to be valid is to 1) log each email at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/hpelto7wonders2email AND 2) include the email address email@example.com in the electronic distribution list for each email. HPE Storage Supplies electronic HTML email templates can be downloaded from the HPE Storage Supplies portal at hpess.us.
LTO Unit Sales – Eligible HPE approved Channel Partner Sales Representatives must log at least one (1) sale of 100 units of LTO during the contest dates to receive 28 points. Each 100-unit sale can be the result of up to fifteen (15) cumulative invoices. There is no maximum number of LTO Unit Sales. Proof of activity required for each 100-unit LTO sale to be valid is 1) log each LTO Unit Sale at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/hpelto7wonders2rdxsales AND 2) email an electronic copy of the invoices logged to the email address firstname.lastname@example.org for each 100-unit LTO sale.
RDX Unit Sales – Eligible HPE approved Channel Partner Sales Representatives must log at least one (1) sale of 25 units of RDX during the contest dates to receive 7 points. Each 25-unit sale can be the result of up to ten (10) cumulative invoices. RDX bundles count as two (2) units. There is no maximum number of RDX Unit Sales. Proof of activity required for each 25-unit RDX sale to be valid is 1) log each RDX Unit Sale at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/hpelto7wonders2ltosales AND 2)email an electronic copy of the invoices logged to the email address email@example.com for each 25-unit RDX sale.
Training – Eligible HPE approved Channel Partner Sales Representatives must arrange and attend either a face-to-face or online/phone training with their HPE Storage Supplies BDM during the contest dates to receive 28 points. HPE Storage Supplies BDM may train multiple Channel Partner Sales Representatives during one training session. Maximum number of training events that a Channel Partner Sales Representative may attend during the contest dates is one (1) for a maximum of 28 points. Proof of activity required for the training to be valid is that each Channel Partner Sales Representative must log their received training at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/hpelto7wonderstraining.
New End User Switch – Eligible HPE approved Channel Partner Sales Representative will receive 14 points in the event of a documented New End User Switch of a customer sale (minimum 10 units) from a competitor to HPE storage supplies during the contest dates. Maximum number of New End User Switches during the contest dates is twenty (20) for a maximum of 280 points. Proof of activity required for each New End User Switch to be valid is 1) log each New End User Switch at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/hpelto7wondersnewenduserswitch AND 2) email an electronic copy of the invoice logged to the email address firstname.lastname@example.org.
Reseller Representative Choice – Eligible HPE approved Channel Partner Sales Representatives must perform a pre-approved activity of their choice featuring HPE storage supplies to receive 14 points. Maximum number of pre-approved activities is three (3) for a maximum of 42 points. All activities must be pre-approved by the HPE Storage Supplies BDM and Marcom program manager. Proof of activity required for each pre-approved activity to be valid is 1) log each pre-approved activity at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/hpelto7wondersrepchoice AND 2) send an email to email@example.com and cc: the HPE Storage Supplies BDM with a description of the activity and date.
Contest winner prizes
Each eligible HPE approved Channel Partner Sales Representative will receive a HPE t-shirt for opting to participate in this contest. Each eligible HPE approved Channel Partner Sales Representative who completes at least four activities will receive a HPE USB drive. There will be seven (7) winners of a runner-up prize of a VISA Debit Award Card (value of $250) determined by the highest seven runner-up activity point counts. There will be one (1) grand prize of a Visa Debit Award Card (value of $1,000) determined by the top activity point count. Prizes are not transferable and substitutions are not permitted, except at the discretion of the sponsor. Winners will be identified from all qualified entrants by November 4, 2016. Winners will be contacted, first by email and then by phone, by November 14, 2016. Winners who do not respond within 30 days of such email and phone contact will forfeit their prize.
Channel Partner eligibility
Eligible HPE approved Channel Partner Sales Representatives can participate in the 7 Wonders of LTO Ultrium Americas Explorer Club if participation in sales contests is permitted by their employer. To be eligible for prizes, the HPE approved Channel Partner must have met the $25,000 sales minimum for Q4 FY2016. Eligible HPE approved Channel Partner Sales Representatives can earn the runner up prizes or the grand prize as outlined under Contest winner prizes. HPE employees are not eligible to participate in the 7 Wonders of LTO Ultrium Americas Explorer Club. The HPE LTO Ultrium product line will be the primary focus although other HPE storage supplies products may be included in the activities. Additional terms and conditions
HPE reserves the right to terminate, alter, or modify these content terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By entering this promotion, entrants release HPE and its agencies, contractors, and employees from any claim arising out of this promotion and agree to abide by these official rules and by the decisions of HPE, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this contest. All federal, state, local, county, and regional laws and regulations apply. The 7 Wonders of LTO Ultrium Americas Explorer Club is a separate contest from any other contests or promotions. This contest is void where prohibited by law. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners. HPE reserves the right to cancel this promotion due to entrant fraud or contest system malfunction. HPE is not responsible for faulty transmission of entry communications. This program is valid in the USA only. This incentive is non-transferable and has no cash value. This promotion may not be combined with any other offer.
